Dr. Abdelfatah Mohamed Mansour is an Associate Professor in the Solid State Physics Department at the National Research Centre in Egypt. He has published over 70 articles in peer-reviewed international journals, focusing on the properties of thin films of semiconductors, polymers, dyes, and composites. Mansour is an expert in various preparation methods and has been listed in standardized citation indicators. He has a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Solid State Physics from Menofiya University, Egypt, and a B.Sc. in Physics from the same university. Mansour has held various research and academic positions in Egypt and Saudi Arabia and has worked on several research projects. He has also attended and presented his research at numerous international conferences.
Dr. M. Mansour's research interests cover a broad range of topics in materials science and engineering. These include ultrasonic studies, polymer blends, heterojunctions, Gaussian distribution, flash evaporation, hybrid structures, magnetic sensors, photovoltaic applications, current transport, capacitance-voltage, electrical conductivity, dielectric properties, nanocrystalline materials, thermal properties, photosensing performance, liquid phase epitaxy, hall sensor, metal work function, and galvanomagnetic properties. Through his research, Dr. Mansour aims to develop new materials and devices with enhanced properties and improved performance for various applications in electronics, energy, and healthcare.
