Himansu Sekhar Nanda

Biography:

Himansu Sekhar Nanda completed his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Japan. He completed his M-Tech with specialization in Nanomedicine at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. Nanda completed his B-Tech at Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela, Odisha, India.he has many awards and achievements and Selected for Taiwan International Graduate Program (TIGP) in Nanoscience and Technology for 2010. He has good Experimental Skills in Micro & Nano-Technology of Drug delivery systems. He has many publications in national and International Journals.

Research Interests:

His research interest mainly focuses on Materials for regenerative therapies, Interfacial tissue mechanics for medical device design, Adhesive based dynamic drug release systems, blood compatible medical glue, Non thrombogenic hydrogel coatings for medical implants and devices, Novel healthcare material manufacturing technologies for commercialization.
