Joseph Agbedahunsi

Biography:

Professor Agbedahunsi is the Director of Drug Research and Production Unit; a Research Professor. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacognosy from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He specializes in the area of Phytomedicine with special interest in drug discovery from medicinal plants Particularly on the evaluation of plants with antimalarial, anti-sickling, acetycholinesterase inhibitory activities and toxicology. He has published over Fifty-two articles in international peer reviewed journals. He reviews articles for many International Journals. He has supervised many postgraduate students at the Masters and Doctoral levels. He has attended many conferences where he delivered scholarly papers. He has won many international awards. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He is a Catholic Knight and Field Representativev of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International.
