Boren Lin

Biography:

Dr. Boren Lin has completed his degree from Tung-Hai University, Taichung in the department of Chemical Engineering and post graduation from Kent State University in the Department of Chemistry. He completed his Ph.D. program at Kent State University and postdoctoral training at the University of Toledo and continues his research career as a research associate at the University of Toledo. On top of his several years of experience in molecular and cellular biology research, He has also Contributed to translational research and involved in the development of biomaterials for orthopedic surgery.

He is currently the PI for several projects funded by NSF Center for Disruptive Musculoskeletal Innovations. He authored many publications in national and international journals. He also attended many international conferences.

Research Interests:

His research interest focuses on Immune/inflammatory responses in metabolic bone diseases, Regulation of innate immunity, Biomaterials for drug delivery.
