Remzi KARADAG has completed his B.Sc. and M.D, at Gazi University School of Medicine, Ankara, Turkey. He has been serving in Wills Eye Hospital Cornea Department, Thomas Jefferson University, and Philadelphia, PA, USA. He is working as an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology, Istanbul Medeniyet University Faculty of Medicine, Istanbul, Turkey. He has received many international awards and recognition for his contribution in the field of ophthalmology. He is an active member of many hospitals and University Committees. He attended many international conferences and conducted national and international workshops on ophthalmology.
His research interest mainly focuses on Lens diseases (Suture less scleral fixation of IOL), Corneal diseases, Glaucoma, Oculoplastic surgery
