Keishiro Aoyagi

Biography:

Dr. Keishiro Aoyagi has received his medical degree from 1st Department of Surgery, Kurume University School of Medicine, Kurume, Japan. His research interests include Gastrointestinal surgery, Pathology of gastric cancer and GIST, Molecular biology of gastric cancer. He published some articles in high impact journals. Currently, he is working as associate professor at the Department of Surgery, Kurume University School of Medicine, Japan. He is an active member of many international societies and is serving on many board councils. He is the recipient of many awards for his outstanding research in surgery. Most of his work his funded.

Research Interests:

His research interests mainly focus on Gastrointestinal surgery, Chemotherapy and molecular targeting therapy for gastric cancer, Pathology of gastric cancer and GIST, Molecular biology of gastric cancer.
