Rashid A Saeed

Biography:

Dr. Rashid A. Saeed received his PhD majoring in Communications and Network Engineering, UPM, Malaysia. He is an Associate Professor since 2000 in SUST. He was senior researcher in Telekom Malaysia™, Research and Development (TMRND) and MIMOS Berhad, in 2007, 2010 respectively. Dr. Rashid has  published more than 100 research papers/tutorials/talks/book chapters on wireless communications and networking in peer-reviewed academic journals and conferences. His areas of research interests include computer network, cognitive computing, computer engineering, wireless broadband, WiMAX Femtocell. He was successfully awarded 10 U.S patents in these areas. Dr. Rashid is a Senior MIEEE since 2001 and Member IEM (I.E.M).

Research Interests:

Wireless Communication, Network Mobility, Internet of the things, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, pace Spectrum Technologies, Internet Technology, Network Services and Applications, Power Amplifier, Computing, Software, etc..
