Zhonghong Li

Biography:

Zhonghong Li has completed his Ph.D in Agro-product Processing technique & equipment from Northwest A & F University (2006), M.S. in New technique for Agro-product processing from Northwest A & F University (2001), and B.S. in Mechanical Design & Manufacture from Northwest Agricultural University (1996). Currently he is working as a professor at College of Food Science & Engineering at the Northwest A & F University, China. He authored many publications in national and international journals. He attended many conferences and presentations. He received many awards and honors for his contribution and recognition in the field of food science and technology.

Research Interests:

Zhonghong Li performs research in the fields of nanotechnology based food safety control including (i) separation/detection of food functional components, (ii) removal/detection of food hazard factors, (iii) nanomaterial composite membrane separation, (iv) biosensors, (v) bio-recognition.
