Yingshu He has received his PhD in 2014, in Biology with focus on Food Microbiology and Molecular Biology, Institute for Food Safety and Health, Illinois Institute of Technology, Bedford Park, IL. He is currently working as Postdoctoral Research Fellow at IFSH, Illinois Institute of Technology, Bedford Park, IL. He received many awards and honors for his contribution in the field of Food Protection and Molecular Biology such as International Association of Food Protection developing scientist award finalist, Academic Excellence Scholarship Awarded by Harbin Institute of Technology. He attended many conferences and he authored many publications in esteemed journals. He is active member in various societies such as International Association of Food Protection (IAFP), Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), etc.
