Yue Wang

Biography:

Dr. Yue Wang is currently an associate professor at School of Chemical Engineering and Technology at Tianjin University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering & Technology at Tianjin University in 2003. Prior to joining as a faculty member, Dr. Yue Wang was a postdoctoral fellow at Tianjin University. He has published articles in many prestigious journals and conference proceedings. He was the recipient of various research grants and also an active member of many international committees. He received many honors and outstanding awards, including the Science and Technology Award from China National Chemical Corporation in 2012 and the Excellent Postdoctoral Fellow of Tianjin Municipal Government in 2005.

Research Interests:

His research interests focus on RO/NF desalination plant design and optimization, isobaric energy recovery device for SWRO and BWRO, integrated membrane pretreatment technologies, heat transfer and thermal desalination technology, nano-materials and electro-adsorption technology.
