Dr. Marco Zanobini has completed his PhD in Vascular Surgical Pathophysiology. He is served as an Assistant Medical Director at Centro Cardiologico Monzino SPA, Monzino Foundation (IRCCS). He authored many publications in national and international journals. He received many honours and awards for his contribution in the field of Cardiac Surgery. He is an active member in various societies such as Société Française de Chirurgie Thoracique et Cardio-Vasculaire 1997-2004, Italian Society of Cardiac Surgery (SICCH) etc. He is also participated in many conferences.
His research interests mainly focuses on mitral valve disease and mitral valve repair techniques (sternotomyaccess, minithoracotomy access, transapical implantation with NeoChord), valve surgery, coronary surgery with or without ECC, aortic and arrhythmia surgery.
