Maoquan Chu

Biography:

Prof. Maoquan Chu is a Professor at the School of Life Science and Technology, Tongji University, China. He was born in Anhui Province, China, and earned his Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology in 2001. He then pursued postdoctoral work at the School of Life Science and Technology, Shanghai Jiaotong University, where he specialized in biomaterials and nanotechnology. In 2004, he joined the School of Life Science and Technology at Tongji University and later became a principal investigator. He was awarded the China Education Ministry's New Century Excellent Talents Supporting Plan in 2007 and was appointed as a Professor in 2008. His research focuses on nanobiomedicine, specifically cancer imaging and therapy using nanomaterials and natural materials.

Research Interests:

Professor Maoquan Chu's research interests are in the field of nano-biomaterials for cancer therapy.
