Doc.Soc.Sc. (Sociology) Antti Teittinen is adjunct professor both on disability studies at University of Eastern Finland and special education at University of Helsinki. He works as a research manager at the Finnish Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (FAIDD). He has researched ethical and socio-theoretical questions of disability, the social structuration of disability services from the viewpoint of power research (Teittinen 2000), inclusion in the education system and possibilities of fostering the position of those pupils who are in special education (Teittinen 2005).
