Amarjit Luniwal received an M.S. degree in pharmaceutical sciences from the State Technological University, M.P., India. He received a Ph.D. in Medicinal and Biological Chemistry from the University of Toledo, Ohio, USA and carried out postdoctoral research in the field of biochemistry from the University of Toledo. Since 2012 he has been at NAMSA with primary focus on biocompatibility, biosafety evaluation and chemical characterization of medical devices per ISO 10993: Biological evaluation of medical devices – Evaluation and testing within a risk management process.
His research interest mainly focuses on Bioanalysis, chemical characterization, biosafety, biocompatibility, toxicological risk assessment, medical devices, combination products, mass spectrometry, HPLC, cancer research, pharmaceutical sciences, medicinal and biological chemistry.
