Mordechai Saeid Nosrati

Biography:

Dr. Nosrati has a robust academic and clinical background, having attended medical school at the State University of New York in Brooklyn. Following his medical education, he completed an internship and residency program at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in Bronx, NY. Subsequently, he pursued a nephrology fellowship at Beth Israel Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA, specializing in kidney diseases.

After completing his fellowship, Dr. Nosrati joined the Keck-USC School of Medicine in Los Angeles, where he currently holds the position of Associate Professor of Medicine. Additionally, he serves as the Medical Director of the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) program and the Renal, Hypertension, and Transplant Clinic at the LAC+USC Medical Center.

Dr. Nosrati is deeply involved in both bench and clinical research activities across various fields. His research interests include advancing kidney and liver dialysis technologies, as well as developing support systems for multisystem failures such as MOF/MODS using advanced medical technologies. He actively conducts and oversees major pharmaceutical-sponsored phase II-IV clinical trials focusing on hypertension, anemia, iron disorders, secondary hyperparathyroidism, and other related areas.

His contributions to nephrology and clinical research have positioned him as a key figure in advancing treatments and care strategies for patients with kidney diseases and related conditions.
