John D. Bullock

Biography:

Dr. Bullock is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Medical School. He completed an internship in internal medicine at Washington University in St. Louis before serving in the U.S. Navy. After residency training in ophthalmology at Yale University, he completed fellowships at the University of California, San Francisco, and the Mayo Clinic. He received a Master of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology from Wright State University and a Master of Public Health degree from the Harvard School of Public Health. He has received many international awards and recognition for his contribution in the field of ophthalmology. He also served on the editorial board and as a reviewer for some of the international journals. He is an active member of many hospitals and University Committees and also raising funds through various resources for ophthalmology research. He attended many international conferences and conducted national and international workshops on ophthalmology.

Research Interests:

His scientific research mainly focuses on worldwide outbreak of Fusarium keratitis which was traced to an improperly stored and bottled contact lens solution.
